You must be 13 years of age or older to register with JiggyJamz.com. If you are 13 years old or older but under the age of 18, you should review the JiggyJamz Terms & Conditions of Use (TCU) and with your parent or guardian to make sure that you and your parent or guardian understand the commitments within. JiggyJamz will only knowingly provide the JiggyJamz Services and sell products to parties that are able to lawfully enter into and form contracts. If you are under the age of 18, but at least 13 years of age, you may use an JiggyJamz.com account only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by the JiggyJamz TCU. JiggyJamz.com is not intended for children under the age of 13.
