We generally do not take returns for items bought on JiggyJamz.com because of the cost, logistics, inconvenience to you and possibility of damage associated with shipping… Although, certain items may warrant our request for a return if you are not satisfied with an item you purchased at JiggyJamz.com. This mostly apply’s to used records, CDs and collectibles. However, if a new item is defective we will ask for the item to be returned and do our best to replace it whenever possible. If we are unable to replace the item, we will issue a refund. Please email us at jiggyjamz.help@gmail.com if an item you purchased on JiggyJamz.com is defective or you are unsatisfied with a pre-owned graded item.
